Assessment and management

The "LWG Health Risk Assessment Questionnaire" will provide members with information of their health history, current exercise levels and overall health goals, and personalize the care for members in order to provide them with customized experience and develop targeted health plans to help them achieve health management goals.

1.Health assessment ( biology assessment; body composition analysis; strength and flexibility assessment; cardiovascular health assessment; exercise assessment; nutrition assessment)

2.Health management plan (The healthcare center has both group fitness classes and private lessons, as well as classes to promote mental and physical health)

Marketing and Promotion

In order to achieve effective marketing, Lexon Group has developed an efficient marketing and promotion plan based on significant market research and practical experience, mainly including the following aspects:

1.Develop an initial marketing and customer communication plan with the approval and support of partners to gradually enter into the target market

2.Plan and deploy launch, qualification, timeline, tracking and reporting system of member sales activities

3.Design promotions and member recruitment plans for the new health management center

4.Organize member recruitment materials and processes to attract as many members as possible on the day of opening ceremony

5.Implement a constant stimulation plan to realize higher frequency of member facilities use and improve compliance with membership retention and project management
